Continuing with my "art-as-I-wait" thread.  This is a drawing I did at a coffee shop in Austin, Pacha Cafe on Burnet Road while my youngest daughter was at her ballet lesson.  The cafe is Austin eclectic and my coffee was good.  I had about 30 minutes for the drawing of these two women who looked as if they had been there all morning and were in no hurry to end their conversation.  Though I often only have time to get the figure on paper, they lingered and I was able to capture the setting to give them context.  I like this sketch...the photo of the sketch....ummm...not so much. Tess
